This is the deck I used to defeat Heroic Patchwerk.
Your goal with this deck is to control the abomination by keeping him Frozen and to keep his Hero Power away from your minions.
We will be using Ice Lances and Frostbolts to neutralize his weapon attack, which can be swung twice per turn, keeping an Ice Block and Ice Barrier on hand to increase our Health for when we get scary low.
One of the biggest problems with the Patchwerk fight, his Hero Power, which instantly kills a targeted minion, can be easily taken care of with Faerie Dragons and Spectral Knights. These two cards (and your spells) will be able to kill Patchwerk provided that you keep him frozen when they're down.
Arcane Intellect Coldlight Oracle has been included for card draw so that you can get the stuff you need faster and give him Fatigue damage!
Harrison Jones is not an absolute requirement for this deck, but it definitely does help out a ton! Harrison should be able to get you at least a few cards which should help you draw the cards you need.
Mirror Images make a great target for his weapon or his hero power. Using them when you have other non-faerie dragon/spectral knight minions on the field might keep one of your other guys safe.. if Patchwerk is feeling dumb.
A cool trick is to Mulligan for an Acidic Swamp Ooze. This prevents Patchwerk from reattaching his weapon for a turn so that you don't get hit in the face twice on turn 2.
Nice deck :D
Removed some cards and ended up with this. Since its an old expansion new cards work well and changes to some cards might not.

Likewise :)
On the same vein as the original by Flux, and your version, Hydrochlorid11, I changed a few cards in order to both:

I used your deck as a base and replaced a few missing cards - Thanks! :-)

I didn't have some of the cards you suggested and after my first shot at Patch with a Priest, added Earthen Ring Farseer as a precaution. Thanks for a great notion!
+ Mad Scientist - Sunwalker
Coining into ooze first turn makes the fight rather easy if you build a much cheaper deck.
Sorry but I believe that some cards in this deck are just not so good. For example what is your reason to have Sunwalker? Patchwerk destroys it by his hero power and you have nothing left, Sludge Belcher is just plain better for this matchup. Also 2 pyroblasts seems like a bit overkill since you want to end this boss battle earlier than turn 10 ...
Exactly, this deck needs to have decent luck to win this matchup withount any decent backup plan because of too many mana heavy cards.
