This is a deck that I cooked up just to have some fun with on Kiwiinbacon's stream.
As you can imagine, being a Quest Paladin Deck, this isn't a meta deck, but it is a fun, end of season, deck that you can play.
I do think it can be improved.
My reason for taking a Control approach to this archetype is because: The Quest reward is lack luster and often times is not an insta-win. Therefore, I figured if you could take a slower approach to completing the quest, while offering a lot of the stuff that makes Control Paladin good in general.
Sorry but this deck just doesn't work, I've tried multiple iterations of it including at least 5 control ones, none of them worked, too clunky in general, you can win a few games against aggro because you still have the usual EQ + Pyro or consec but against control decks you're pretty much in deep trouble, way too inconsistent and Galvadon just gets destroyed most of the time before doing anything.
But it is fun. Again, at least in this meta, I don't think you will ever find a good, ranking Quest Paladin Deck. I just thought it was fun and works in some situations. I personally didnt find it clunky as it has a lot of the same things you would find in a normal Control Paladin Deck. I won a couple of games against Quest Warrior.
Again i'm reiterating, this archetype for a deck is not going to be meta nor will anyone discover some untapped secret that enables this to be meta. However, it is fun, it is nearing the end of this expansion, and it is an interesting take on a deck that is otherwise just a meme imo.
but thanks for the comment and your opinion.
