DECK DESCRIPTION

Today's Wild deck is based around three pillar cards The Marsh Queen, Hobgoblin, and Infest. Not a recommended deck to grind up the Wild ladder, however it is a blast to play!

DECK GOALS

Finishing the quest is actually very easy and you will in most games. The issue of course is outside of getting a 5-mana 8/8, you don't get much reward. Your big path to victory is through huge Hobgoblin and Infest turns. Surviving lethal damage can be tough so the plan is to make use of the 1-drop Mistress of Mixtures in combination with the deathrattle synergy cards Baron Rivendare and Spiritsinger Umbra. Luckily the deck is full of other deathrattle synergies for these cards to warrant slots.

THE MULLIGAN

Like with all Quest decks you get a bit punished and are down 1 card. You generally want to start with 2-drops Haunted Creeper or Kindly Grandmother into 3-drop Tar Creeper or Igneous Elemental. With The Coin, keeping value cards like Hobgoblin or Infest can be very strong.

TECH CHOICES

One copy of Kezan Mystic is included specifically to steal a Mage's Ice Block to make an unwinnable match-up winnable.

THINGS TO NOTE

Alleycat is best used in the mid to late game with Infest. Be careful with Infest vs enemy Shaman as they can get a huge Devolve against you. One quick way to win is landing an early Hobgoblin and having it live one turn, just be sure it has a good chance of surviving. Try to be very careful with your resources. You can easily spam 7 minions on board but its better to hold back to ensure your top-deck Infest & Hobgoblins always get great value.
