Hearthpwn

Most Slitherspear decks rely on Deathlord, but since I don't have that card and they can't be got anymore, I had to create a deck of my own. Instead of relying on taunt to keep health up until you can mill him down, this deck keeps the board clear with cheap poisonous minions and spells.

In my winning game, I played nothing on my first turn, used the hero power weapon to kill of his first naga on turn 2 and then played the Saboteur on turn three. That gave me enough breathing room to mill him down.

The mill strategy is to play a Coldlight Oracle, Gang Up on it and if possible use Shadowstep to rinse and repeat. Then you're ready to play Brann Bronzebeard and then your Coldlight Oracles until Lord Sliterspear dies of fatigue.

Of course, you need to stay alive, so play a Refreshment Vendor or a Cult Apothecary when needed and when you've lost board control, Vanish.

Note that when he has a full hand of ten cards, Sap and Vanish will actually destroy the minions.
