Hello, Hearthpwn!

This is an Jade-Elemental Hybrid.  The idea is to be able to utilize Kalimos, Primal Lord while not having to play any of the weaker elementals.   The Jade package and Ysera give it enough late game to beat Priest or Quest Warrior, and the healing package (2x Jinyu Waterspeaker + Kalimos, Primal Lord) help beat Secret/Burn Mage.

Early game is still strong between Fire Fly, Jade Claws, Maelstrom Portal, Flametongue Totem, Tar Creeper and Stonehill Defender.

There are a lot of great choices for Stonehill Defender in Shaman. Thing from Below is usually the best choice but you can also look for Al'Akir the Windlord, Earth Elemental, Hot Spring Guardian, and some times White Eyes depending on the match up.  Neutral taunts are good too (Primordial Drake, Sunwalker, etc.)

The 1x cards in the deck are Volcano and Bloodlust, each with their respective uses and benefits.  You can bait the opponent into over flooding the board if you have a Volcano coming up (play totems instead of minions) which will in turn also reduce Thing from Below in later turns.  Volcano is great at creating favorable trades mid-game and also to destroy Finja, the Flying Star.  As with any Shaman deck - but especially with Jades and the early taunts - Bloodlust will often get great value as well.

Ysera is amazing in this deck and meta.

Keep in mind that there are only 6 Elementals.  It is wise to keep at least one copy of Fire Fly spawn in your hand (if not a Tar Creeper or Fire Elemental) to play the turn before you want to drop Kalimos.

I have went back and forth between Paladin and Shaman control decks since the beginning of the season.  I like Shaman and believe this will be the final iteration after a lot of changes.  Every card you play has high value and the consistency is there with very few "1 ofs".  It shouldn't be too difficult to continue on to Legend.  Most match ups are favorable or neutral with the exception of Quest Rogue.

I'll clean up the guide and add to it if there is interest!  I hope you enjoy the deck, it really is fun to play, requires thoughtful turns and is quite effective.

Cheers!
