Update:  Subbed out Abyssal Enforcers for Stonehill Defenders and Corrupting mist for Blastcrystal Potions.  Corrupting mist is too awkward to use much and abyssal is less good than more early game survival + resources.

I find it's best to save lepers for midgame, then try to combo them with spiritsinger or void terrors.  It's been terrible vs control so far, but that sort of makes sense since all the board clears work best against board flood aggro, and you're trying to maintain a life lead by the mid game, which is hard vs classes that armor or heal.

Use voidwalkers for early game if you have them, and play it sort of like handlock while keeping the board clear until midgame, when you can hopefully get some swing turns.  Alex is there for your own life total, Jaraxxus might be viable here too but I don't have him.

Lol, I'm honestly not sure.  Going to give it a whirl tonight, just theorycraft at this point.

EDIT:  Spiritsinger on board with moatlurker and leper does work, and does summon another gnome :)

how does moat lurker work with umbra? also i like this concept with the lepers, it would work with the priest quest also.
