Hey guys, my name is DREADICUS, I am a 15x legend player who loves to brew decks and stream, and this is my mage deck I used to climb from 2,200 legend to around 600 with 21 wins and 7 losses! I'm still working on the list but I need critiques and suggestions to help refine it since its a completely new take on the control mage archetype.
I believe that strategies like this may be part of Hemet's hidden design beyond molten wraith pally. Kazakus is priced at four mana which means that kazakus survives the removal effect of Hemet's battlecry. So the strategy, for decks like this, is to play two copies of only important early game cards to secure the field and to use hemet to remove the copies to enable the deck's prerequisite for Inkmaster Soulja and Kazakus. This also means that the deck should only play one copy of any card above 3 mana.
I hope you guys enjoy the deck and please feel free to ask questions because I'm sure the deck is not refined and there may be a way to utilize this strategy in classes like warlock and priest as well. I will post a larger guide and the deck's evolution if there is enough interest. Good hunting and hope to see some good feedback if you guys think this deck has potential. UPDATE: I've been testing new variants of the list and this is the list that i used to reach rank 175. I only have a picture for rank 215 but here is the list and the picture regardless. I will be switching the deck lists out sometime soon once I feel confident in the new package.

Posted May 23, 2017 (Un'Goro Launch)Thanks for the ideas bro. I originally ran antonidas in the deck but soon after found out how bad he is with Hemet XD. However. i still won that game regaurdless and then immediately took him out. but yeah i ran him and burley bully. Your english is doing just fine haha. At least you bother to learn another language. But yeah some duplicates can be cut like arcane intellect and mana wurm but I personally want mana wurm as many games as possible and I am willing to deal with the repercussions of not being able to kazakus earlier. The point, I think, of running this build is to have a consistent early game and focus on just comboing the opponent as soon as you reliably can. if you cut some of the early game you lose consistency because cards like babbling book just don't have the same effect as mana wurm and arcanologist and cutting them to turn on kazakus early isn't worth it imo. As for malygos, velen and barnes, I think that they can definitely work in the deck but it can be a bit of a gamble trying not to draw the finishers before you are ready to go off. Finished my most recent stream at 450ish Legend so the deck is really carrying its weight. Upvote if you can because id love to write more about the deck and explore it more if people think its worth delving into. Take care.
