This temporogue list i hit legend. 60% winrate from rank 5 to legend this season.

Legend proof:

 Winrates:

Card choices:

Backstab - good tempo card, nothing to say.

Eviscerate - good tempo card and good finisher

Cold Blood - help trading, and good finisher as well.

Swashburglar, Patches the Pirate, Southsea Deckhand - good tempo start, and draw cards. I discover that 3 pirates is exactly what u need for Patches the Pirate. Also Southsea Deckhand could be finisher. Also that's a good synergy with Cult Master. And if Cult Master stay's on board, it could be combo with Golakka Crawler and Cult Master together.

Hallucination - 1 mana choose card (which is basically - draw a card of your choice) combo activator - all we needed.

Razorpetal Lasher - a week one, but still give us oppotunity to deal one more damage for 1 mana and activate combos.

Undercity Huckster - draw a card, but pretty random effect for 2 mana, moreover it's only deathrattle, which makes it worse, so only 1 copy of that card.

Golakka Crawler - good versus any decks that have pirates, also as i'm already said it could be combined with Cult Master + your pirates to draw or just eat your pirate to play around something (let's say Frostbolt)

Defias Ringleader - very underestimated card. U get 2-2 and 2-1 for 2 mana, which is huge tempo like pirate tempo. U definitely what to hold that going second and going first hold with Backstab or in specific matchups.

Edwin VanCleef - actually kinda weak in this list, 'cause we have a lot of stuff to do and don't have Preparation, so it's kinda midgame or 6-6 turn 2 if u got lucky. But still it's good. Don't worry if u put him only 4-4 or 6-6 most of the time it's ok and totally correct.

Argent Squire - sticky minion which we want in our tempo deck. Also could do  good trading with Cold Blood at same time creating a threat. But Fire Fly have another advantage which is generating value and activating combo, so you could try it instead of Argent Squire. Also if you facing a lot of murlock paladins you can use Hungry Crab instead of it (to totaly crush them, but you already winning). There is another option which i'm not tested yet - Bladed Cultist, but bubble seems more valuable for me, because of Cold Blood

SI:7 Agent - good tempo-removal card, that's it.

Shaku, the Collector - threat that generates value. In best case that's like one turn shaku, next turn Cult Master and something on board with Cold Blood, so many threats for opponent, and that defend each other, and that's a lot of oppotunities for your opponent to do mistakes.

Perdition's Blade - I found this is better than Deadly Poison despite it 6 damage per 2 turn for 2 mana each, because you can split damage in 1 turn which is huge in current meta (vs paladins, rogues, druids), moreover it's 4 damage in 1 turn and we have a lot of 4health minions to target. And finally it's 1-2 lethal damage trough the taunts. You can try Obsidian Shard, but i think it's awkward if u don't draw or play another classes cards, and can't spluit damage, so it's Perdition's Blade  for me.

Vilespine Slayer - very good removal card as well as board presenting tool. In early game we have a lot of stuff to control the board, so we don't need Sap, and in middle-late game it's perfect to remove something so opponent can't replay it. Still thinking about 1 Sap, but i don't think we have enough slots in deck for it :) Too many better cards.

Leeroy Jenkins - perfect finisher

Cult Master - we really need a card draw with all our small stuff, and it's fastest draw we can get, as well as again presenting a threat for opponent. Also u could do some crazy combos to draw what u need. E.g. pirates in charge to trade, go face, then kill your own minion with backstabs\Si-7\Golakka to find lethal. And that's better than Defender of Argus (no synergy with our deck) or Naga Corsair (not creating a threat, and we not a face deck actually), also Dark Iron Dwarf is not an option (not threating opponent). In summary, we need 4 drops, more threats and draw, so answer is Cult Master!.
