This is the deck I killed Heroic Heigan. It worked first try for me, although I may have a bit lucky. 

The strategy is to get something big out to tank his hero power that you can keep healing. Once you can keep it up, you can gain board control, and once you have board control, it's pretty simple from there. The Ironbeak Owls are useful to prevent his Voidcallers from putting out more demons.
