Hello guys, I am Adernain, casual player from Cyprus. I have just reached legend for the first time today with this deck and ofc my favorite and main class in HS and WoW. I have started using it from rank 4 to rank 1. Got a big losestreak to rank 3 and then today I gave another push and got to legend with 2-3 loses only. Unfortunately I don't track my games so I can't say a win/loss ratio.

I don't like netdecking, neither being mainstream so I decided to play my own deck, instead of The Curator/murloc midrange deck or the murloc aggro version. This deck depends on survivability up to rank 5 and later, where you just swing the game from there on, play Sunkeeper Tarim, heal, then your big drops.
Today I decided to add 2 Hungry crab in my deck and removed 1 Dirty Rat and 1 Lost in the Jungle. Lost in the Jungle was a good T1 play and has nice synergy with Sunkeeper Tarim, but always sucked against warriors who coined a Ravaging Ghoul and killed my guys. Eating a Vilefin Inquisitor or Murloc Tidecaller on T1 is just a huge tempo swing for you, which the opponent ca't overcome for 1-2 turns.
This deck can overcome with its boardclears all aggro decks, with it's midgame all midrange decks and with the value from elise the trailblazer and all 6 discover minions against control decks. A lot don't use Elise in paladins but it fits and helps a lot against long matches like against Control-Medivh Mage or Taunt warrior or Miracle priest. The pack won me lots of matches.
Mulligan against aggro: Hydrologist, Doomsayer, Lost in the Jungle, Wickerflame Burnbristle, if the choise is shit, keep Consecration, and sometimes I keep wild pyromancer and Equality. Especially against druid the latter is just game winning. Occasionaly I also keep Truesilver Champion for Frothing Berserker, Murloc Warleader, Southsea Captain
Mulligan against midrange: Hydrologist, Doomsayer, lost in the jungle, early taunts. If it's Hunter I keep also Wild Pyromancer and Equality
Mulligan against control: Hydrologist, any 1 drop and Stonehill defender are the best ones.
If you are reading this, thanks for doing so. I will keep this post updated and answer all questions =)
Update nr.1: Added a 2nd Ivory Knight and removed 1 Acolyte of Pain
The deck seems awesome but I'm missing the sunkeeper, although I'm already at rank 5, would it be replaceable? If so, which cards do you recommend?
Thanks f throwing an eye to the deck. Hmm, Sunkeeper Tarim is bonkers in this meta, if you wanna try paladin then I would suggest you craft him, if you are low on dust or hessitant no problem. Maybe The Black Knight to fight off all these quest warriors, or a Gluttonous Ooze that would work against paladins and warriors pretty well
I will try this one. Thx
Keep me informed, goos luck!
About 50% winrate at legend lvl. It's good but somethimes i feelt like had too much removal and no way to put some presure
Hungry crabs might be too much, stil a nice tech
Any ideas for a replacement for Elise? Just don't have the dust right now. :(
