Acidic Swamp Ooze against Warriors and Paladins

Crazed Alchemist against hard taunts and lock situations like Doomsayer + Frost Nova

Golakka Crawler against pirate warrior and quest rogue

Soulfire in case of desperate need of burst face damage

Substitutions

Leeroy Jenkins can be substituted by Doomguard, even though you shouldn't rely on discard mechanics on this deck.

Sea Giant can be substituted by Doomguard as well, but it suffers the same problem above. Devilsaur Egg can be another decent replacement, if you like the egg mechanics.

Eggnapper can be substituted by Devilsaur Egg as well.

Why not... ?

Bloodsail Corsair
I feel is less efficient than other 1 drops and can be victim of Golakka Crawler that is run by many deck at this moment.

Patches the Pirate
It is useful only when called by corsairs, which I don't want in my deck. And if you have 2 corsairs in your deck it's very likely that patches happens to be in your hand before them. And you don't want that.

Devilsaur Egg
It's a good card but at the same time it's very situational, you need either Defender of Argus, Abusive Sergeant or Ravenous Pterrordax to make it worthwhile. If you don't have any of those in hand, that's a wasted 3 drop right there. I don't love eggs mechanics.

Feeding Time
I think Forbidden Ritual is a superior card, and you shouldn't need damage for enemy minions
