DECK DESCRIPTION

After experimenting with the Hemet, Jungle Hunter into infinite Jade Idol in the Egg Hunter Druid deck I was left wanting more. This time instead of hiding it in an aggro shell the plan is to fully commit to Hemet an end-game goal. The deck will use Hemet, Jungle Hunter in order to set up Medivh, the Guardian into double Moonglade Portal to quickly overwhelm the opponent. The back-up plan with no cards left will still be infinite Jade Idol using Gadgetzan Auctioneer and Fandral Staghelm

DECK GOALS

This deck is set-up for survival as best it can with the tools it is allowed. Fighting the early board with crabs and Mark of Y'Shaarj. Using spot removal cards Wrath and Feral Rage. Holding back aggression with Tar Creeper and Mind Control Tech. The Medivh, the Guardian into Moonglade Portal can be especially powerful because the portal can be used to heal yourself back into the game or Medivh can attack something large and you get to heal the 7/7 full.

THE MULLIGAN

Most of the deck stops at 3-mana because of its goals. You should be able to sculpt a decent curve. Pay attention to your match-ups because hitting an early crab can lead to a easy win.

TECH CHOICES

Hungry Crab and Golakka Crawler will do so much work currently in standard. I would not replace these until the next expansion.

THINGS TO NOTE

The deck includes two copies of Naturalize as all-purpose, no nonsense answers to problems. It will be terrible in match-ups like Midrange Hunter, where giving them more gas is a real problem. I do think its what this deck needs to consistently get to its end game in most match-ups. Remember to cast Jade Idol with 1-card left in deck and Gadgetzan Auctioneer on board in order to avoid missing draw and getting fatigue damage.
