Aye guys, I'm actually back with another deck guide on hearthpwn

So after messing around with the most common miracle rogue variants out here, I figured why not give the Questing Adventurer deck another try. Of course one of the more important cards Conceal is no longer part of standard, but that's actually not that big of a problem. The most common offender to early Questing Adventurer was Hex and that Shaman isn't that popular anymore. Other than that the only real answers are Execute and Polymorph. However Freeze Mage is a bad matchup anyways and against Quest Warrior you have to highroll regardless so that's fine. Anyways I tried it and hat a fantastic result (19-1 game score) from rank 4 to legend last night, but I did highroll the hell out of some of my opponents :p

"Just finish your quest first, they said"

Generally this deck has a bunch of good matchups out there. Apart from simply highrolling your opponent with an early Questing Adventurer this deck actually runs fairly consistent against most aggro decks. The high number of 1-drops in this deck helps you to secure the board early on and for the mid to latgame you have 5 cards that make use of a bunch of smaller cards unlike other miracle decks which only have 3. What I really like about this deck is that even if you face a bad matchup (like Quest Warrior of Freeze Mage) you don't lose immediately, because you can still run away with the game with an early Questing Adventurer.

Card Choices

2x Fire Fly
This card is very similar to Swashburglar, but actually better in some ways. Of course you don't have the chance to get a significant late game threat, but this card is super consistent. It gets you a decent body in play on turn 1 to trade with your opponent's early game minions and also adds another 1-drop to your hand which is great for Questing Adventurer and Edwin VanCleef.

1x Southsea Deckhand / No Leeroy Jenkins
I run the pirate over Leeroy Jenkins because I like it as a 1-drop. It can be used very early on for trading, combos better with Questing Adventurer and still can make use of your Cold Bloods from hand.

1x Vilespine Slayer
I run this card over Leeroy Jenkins in the 5-mana slot. I think it's much better for versatility than the extra burst damage. Against paladins you really need an extra out against big taunts apart from the single Sap and it can also be used to counter Edwin VanCleef or simply to gain tempo on the board.

All the other cards should be fairly standard. You can run Leeroy Jenkins if you prefer the extra burst damage. I'm not sure if taking out Bloodmage Thalnos is recommended for that, because the extra spell damage came in handy quite often, especially against Aggro Druid. Other than that I thought about adding Undercity Huckster to the deck because I think it might fit in quite nicely.

Mulligan

Don't keep Hallucination. It might look like a decent keep, but you really want to get on the board early on and a spell doesn't help you with that. Also you don't really know what you might need in the upcoming turns if you're going for the discover on turn 1. Edwin VanCleef is always a keep because your entire deck supports it.

If you're going first you want to get some 1-drops to play. Fire Fly and Swashburglar are excellent choices. If you're on the coin you should also keep Questing Adventurer and go for it on turn 3, depending on the board state of course. Counterfeit Coin can be kept if the rest of your hand supports it, otherwise you should go for cards to play first. Same goes for Preparation.

Of the spells you really only want to keep a single copy of Backstab against decks it's good against, like paladin, druid, warlock and maybe other rogues. If you know you're playing against Miracle Rogue I like keeping a Sap in case you need it against an early Edwin VanCleef. Don't keep Patches the Pirate. :P
