Hearthpwn

Surprised this isn't more popular, posted on Twitter by Hotform as well. I'm not playing this very high (between 15 and 10) but I was surprised, looking at my stats, to see a 70% winrate - it is especially good against Midrange Hunter (7-1), Paladin (6-0) and Rogue (somehat surprisingly and perhaps a bit flattering 7-3).

It's very easy to tweak it to your preference and meta, for instance I found Bloodlust too clunky (and win-more), and Thalnos and the Stonehill Defenders too insubstantial, so swapped them out for an Argent Squire, a Mana Tide Totem and one Hot Spring Guardian and one Fire Plume Phoenix.

I don't think anyone would seriously run this with Lotus Agents so I have replaced that with the second Servant of Kalimos.

Now that Priest and Murloc Paladin are becoming more popular, I have swapped out the Argent Squire again for a Devolve.

Lots of options and I remain surprised that Elemental Jade Shaman is not considered stronger.

Will try today this list on the ladder Rank 7. Will see if it could help me to grind for 5 and higher! 

Could someone explain why the Primalfin Totem is in the deck? 

it has a way good value by spamming your side with 1/1 bodies. Also it is a mini taunt at the start of the game (opponent will pretty sure try to destroy it) + it has a great synergy with Flametongue Totem.
