The problem with this deck is that it's almost impossible to put the ennemy at 25HP. The cards aren't agressive enough, since most of them are here just for the draw.
Let's talk about this: Hemet should add consistency to this deck, tho if analyzed it add some rng.
First of all we have a low chance to get him on turn 6,if we get lucky and we managed to draw it before turn 6,not to draw a giant and drawing a holy wrath we still have a 75% to draw a giant on turn 7 and a 50/50 holy wrath. And we forgot about the fact you need to do 5 dmg to your opponent, which is not so easy vs priest or vs warr, mage will have ice block (but we can easily overcome iceblock, dealing 4 dmg instead of 5).
Anyway it is a fun deck, not for ladder ofc,but fun enough, did someone make some notable changes to the list?
Post Frozen Thrones we got the best kind of cards, I think, for this kind of build: cards that do not draw but fish specific cards.
So I added Howling Commander, Righteous Protector and Tainted Zealot, being Righteous Protector fishable by Small-Time Recruits. For this I removed Meanstreet Marshal, Runic Egg (rely on buffs to draw) and Smuggler's Run.
Maybe the right thing to do is swap Tainted Zealot for Argent Squire, loosing the spell damage but increasing Small-Time Recruits effectiveness.
That feel when you go to build this deck, only after realizing that you DE'd both Molten Giants upon the nerf. Heartbroken...
best deck ever
half of wins comes not from drawing Hemet, Jungle Hunter but from using Holy Wrath for 25 dmg on face for a last resort :D
i love this combo - would be so much more viable if hemet was 5 mana so you could do the combo in one turn.
17.7%
winrate overall, funny but not a successful one.
this change: -1 Forbidden Healing, +1 Small-Time Recruits
increases a little the winrate (to 19.1%) as you can see, but...
OR otherwise most of ppl don't know how to play that right.
OR chances of this combo works are pretty low on most scenarios.
5% of the time, it works every time.
i havent got this deck to work its like a 1 in a million chance to work this deck sucks :(
This deck is just no fun to play against, but i understand the combo can be fun haha
Its a great deck but if u get on turn five the second Molten Giant u already LOST!
Well u have Acolyte of Pain, Loot Hoarder and Novice Engineer 6 -9 card draw.
Did anyone try this on ladder yet?
Would really like to know how it works before I go and craft Hemet, Jungle Hunter and 2 x Molten Giant
The deck looks really run, so if its worth it, I will give it a go for sure :)
What happens if he doesn't draw the [card]Hemet, Jungle Hunter[/card] all through the game or he drew 2 [card]Molten Giant[/card] before the combo? Instant concede?
I am very curious to know his winrate at that rank although I know it's just an F2P deck.
What else can be used for Runic Egg ? I don't have the adventure cards! :)
