This is my interpretation of a highlander handlock deck in the Un'goro meta.

It has a lot of high health minions and ways to give them taunt, some great removal spells and 2 finishers with Lakkari Sacrifice-Deathwing-combo and Krul the Unshackled and the demons in this deck that can cause a great turn of tempo.

Some cards that would be great in this deck include: Kazakus, Felfire PotionMountain Giant and Lord Jaraxxus. The reason they're not included is simply because i don't have them or there were better alternatives but they could certainly boost this deck positively. Update (11. April 2017) I've decided to try and make the optimized version to see what it would look like.

Strategy wise, you would want to play a defensive early game up until turn nine where you drop Krul with hopefully 3 or 4 other demons, the turn after if you still have a board you can Crystal Weaver to buff it up. If that does not do it you have Deathwing and the quest, which will give you a little extra late game. (Just make sure to keep 6 cards to discard)

(21. April 2017) Notes: Obviously this is a slow deck in a fast meta, so it isn't that good. Plus, after testing it more i have just found Deathwing-Lakkari Sacrifice combo, despite its coolness-factor,  too slow and 6 cards are worth more than the portal in matches that go so far. I've also been thinking of further additions, cards that would add to the value and theme of the deck. Kabal Trafficker, Elise the Trailblazer and Felguard seem good. The cards i removed for the more optimized deck list were tech cards such as Hozen Healer and Kooky Chemist, who takes advantage of the health of the minions in the deck. On a more positive note, slamming down Krul turn nine with some demons is still as satisfying as ever.
