Hey guys, I've finally released my naxx week 4 meta update. I feel that this build is now in a good spot for the ladder. Sorry it took nearly a week to get it there.
I hit legend with a new tempo priest build in the July season, which heavily played on the nerubian egg release. It had the ability to dominate zoo, and I am updating it to combat the hunter decks that are dominating this season.
The deck maintains its aggressive feel, but It's not quite the dark-horse powerhouse that dominated the most popular deck on ladder. It is however a viable deck against the everpresent hunter threat, and it still uses quite a few of the new releases.
Mulligan for:
chow/northshire/undertaker. you can keep power word shield if you have a solid target. keep shadow madness against aggro.
Matchups:
The Deck was originally built to crush zoo, It still has an excellent winrate against it on ladder. Mage and Shaman are favorable matchups, druid, Miracle rogue, Handlock & Warrior Control are tough matchups.
The Hunter matchup is good, you can dominate a hunter with a strong opener, but they can climb right back in with a well timed unleash or explosive trap. be careful not to overextend.

Looks like a solid metagame Priest deck otherwise! I'll definitely give it a shot once I get the cards for it. (Missing x1 Shadow Madness, x1 Cabal Shadow Priest and Sylvanas Windrunner.)

Posted Aug 18, 2014 (Naxx Launch)Control priest risks falling behind and never recovering, where this deck risks boosting the hunter ahead with a big unleash play. if you play around that you can do pretty well. both decks are among the best anti hunter builds out there.

Posted Aug 16, 2014 (Naxx Launch)No idea why but I'm having alot more trouble using this deck after you updated it, might be because others are adding to their decks as well or I just am not playing this correctly. Sometimes I manage to buff up undertakers well but I end up losing in the long run.
Could you give me some tips on this updated deck? Also how well are you doing against the new mad scientist hunters with this and your control priest? I'm actually kind of in a stuck spot between these two priest decks.
Anyways, thanks for the deck builds. I plan to keep checking this and the control for updates.

Posted Aug 19, 2014 (Naxx Launch)I like the premise of the deck, but the videos do not really help from an example standpoint as the deck is an extremely different build. Gone are the card draw Clerics, and the weenie controlling Pyromancers.
It seems like most of this deck could be transported to any class and work just as well. The hero ability is largely useless with this deck configuration, and it seems like the entire deck is built trying to get a large Undertaker - and should they kill that early - you're stuck playing sub-par minions.
I'll stick with Amaz's Priest build for now, until I can see some videos of how this deck can dominate.

I like it, but against control decks I'm having a hard time so I added Black Knight, second thoughtsteal, circle of healing and Raggie. Makes it a 50/50 win chance mostly. Thanks for sharing the deck, makes it fun laddering again against all the zoo :)

Posted Aug 9, 2014 (Naxx Launch)This was by far one of my favorite decks when initially released. I got stuck with 2 priest dailies and went to do those today after having trouble with it and .... feels like pulling teeth now :( Will keep an eye out for any relevant updates though.
