( Without Coin ) Nzoth , Sir Finley , Fiery Axe

( With Coin ) The key here is Ship's Cannon , play it at turn 2 with coin and 1 mana pirate!

You can keep Hobart too playing him turn 2 gives you the lead you need (Fiery Axe--Dread Corsair 0 mana)

Changes:

Im using Hobart in this deck which i find very usefull in most matchups. You can always change him if you dont have him.

Bloodsail Corsair is also another add after buccaneer nerf if you dont face many weapon class you can remove him.

Small-Time Buccaneer im using this guy! although he got huge nerf, he synergize well with Cannon and Cultist,if you dont like him remove him.

Berserker and Southsea Captain are maybe the best choices to run x2, they synergize very well with the rest of the deck.

You can add captain greenskin or skycap'n kragg if you have some spare dust but they are kinda slow , the goal of this deck is to keep pressure up with board control and finish your opponent at turn 4-5, so i wouldnt recommend this two legendarys.

 Strategy:

Vs Control ( Jades ,Reno ,Control)

You have to take advantage of their weak start , take board control make value trades and keep your burst for lethal dmg.

Vs Aggro

Control the game ,trade with weapons and expand your board.
