Greetings everyone ^.^
my name is Gwenneth, I'm a hearthstone player, who reached top 6 legend, finished R78 legend in December 2015 and qualified for the winter preliminaries in 2016.
I am currently playing for 3P E-Sports and I have a huge admiration for creating special decks that are fun to play, and are very strong at the same time for competitive purposes.
Some people may know me as well from my Dragonlock decklist that I posted in 2015 or from My stream https://www.twitch.tv/gwenhs
Now I'm back with a new deck, called Gwens Doom Wyrm Rogue. I have created this deck together with my teammate MessyOD. This is his Stream The deck is so much fun to play, and is really strong for a competitive level. In this guide I'm going to write about why the deck is so strong, and how all cards work together and influence each other in a really nice way. The deck is only pretty weak against pirate warrior, that's why the deck is mostly meant to be played in tournements with a ban.

The strength of the deck:
The strength of the deck is that you have a lots of win conditions.
In the past Conceal used to be good only with Gadgetzan Auctioneer, or with Edwin Van Cleef. In my deck there are way more possibilities to make use of Conceal.
Like all other miracle Rogue decks you will have an option to win with a concealed Gadgetzan Auctioneer or with a concealed Edwin Van Cleef.
But the other possibilities are:
You can conceal a Questing Adventurer, to gain tempo early game against an aggro deck.
You can Conceal a Red Mana Wyrm to burst your opponent just like a Questing Adventurer does in the next turn.
And last but not least, the most beautiful combo in the deck is to wait with playing a Doomsayer, and then concealing a Doomsayer in turn 3 or 4 so, it's almost always guarenteed to go off next turn in that way. I think this is the most creative way to make use of Conceal in the deck.
All these plays with Conceal are game winnable.
Sometimes it's even possible to play Conceal with more creatures at the same time. For example a Questing Adventurer and a Red Mana Wyrm. Or you can play a blank Red Mana Wyrm in turn 5, and start cycling with your Gadgetzan Auctioneer in turn 6, and burst your opponent down with a lot of dammage.
A deeper analysis of some cards:
Doomsayers are not only good with Conceal together but doomsayers are in my opinion the best way to stop any type of aggro decks. After buccaneer has been nerfed doomsayers are way easier to be played. And they are more likely to go off, if you time them correctly.
Also, after you've played a Doomsayer you can play a Questing Adventurer or a Red Mana Wyrm the turn after to gain control of the board state.
The good thing about a Red Mana Wyrm is that just like a Doomsayer you don't necessarily have to play a conceal with it. It's a very sticky drop because it has 6 health. In a lot of cases you can just drop it in turn 5 and play very aggressive the next few turns, with Gadgetzan Auctioneer or even without it. In a lot of cases this card stays on the field until your next turn, and you can easily get around 10 to 20 dmg on it, to burst your opponent down. It's one of the most underrated and powerful cards.
Cold Blood is sometimes being questioned as well for being in Rogue decks. In this deck cold blood can be used in a lot of ways as well.
You can play aggresive by playing a Cold Blood on your Questing Adventurer or Red Mana Wyrm or you can play Cold Blood on Leeroy Jenkins like in other miracle rogue decks. And there is even a scenario where you can play cold blood on your Doomsayer, to trade away all of the minions if your opponent would be able to kill a Doomsayer.
All other cards don't need a further explanation, but if people might have questions you can always ask me in the comment section.
Also kiwiinbacon made a youtube video about my deck, go and check it out on his channel, thanks for trying to help people with how to play the deck
Thanks for reading all the way through the guide, and I hope I can make some people happy with the guide and the decklist.
So the plan vs Pirate Warrior is Prep + Coin + Concede?
So, do you think this deck will be viable after cancel rotates out? It seems pretty core and I'm sad to see it go.
I hate these slow card draw animations :D
This deck is incredible, I haven't had this much fun in Hearthstone in a while, thank you so much for the share.
too slow deck
get 4 rank as classic miracle
Really enjoying this deck so far altough im pretty low ranking, 4-0 rank 12 lets see how this goes
How bad does this deck get without conceal? Is there anything that can replace it. since its rotating out
mulligan guide? :)
Loving the deck so far. Where do you think the water package would fit in here? It could be another win condition plus fake out to the opponent. They'll never know what you're playing!
Is there a reason you posted top 6 legend while playing paladin? Is it just to show that you're a good player, or were you saying you got top 6 legend with the wyrm deck?
Doomsayer is greatest thought, deck is so good
Hi I wanted to ask How does this deck not have si? how do you survive ? + no thalnos?
Nice deck! Can you comment smthg about mulligan?
He's a friend of thijs! :O
I have been playing a similar list for some time now and find that one of the tougher matchups is Reno Mage when they get Ice Block. Reno Warlock can also be tough because of all the board clears but they are one of the best matchups typically. For specifically these matchups, I run a single Beneath The Grounds. How have you fared against Reno Mage without this inclusion?
Sure, like I said.... I've been playing something similar. In fact, I've been playing almost exclusively Red Mana Wyrm Rogue varients since Gadgetzan launched. I know the strength of the card but RMW can't burst past Ice Block and you can only keep them concealed for a turn or two. Against Reno Mage when not running Beneath The Grounds, any combination of Ice Block, Reno, or Blizzard (and/or Frost Nova, some lists run it) in the top 12-15 cards means you're screwed in my experience. Is that not true for this deck? And if not, why?
PS: Thanks for the reply. I'm excited to see a Red Mana Wyrm deck on the front page. I'm not trying to be contentious; I'm just trying to ask about your experience in that matchup since that has been a weak point in my experimentation with similar decks.
SUPER FUN DECK!!!

Lack of Bloodmage Thalnos and S17 Agent are the bigger changes that make this deck play differently than a more standard Miracle Rogue Engine. Doomsayer functions well in place of the Agent, yet I feel like there are a few cards that can be trimmed/teched depending on what you're playing. This is a great base decklist, yet i feel that potentially 1 Red Mana Wyrm, Counterfeit Coin, or Conceal can be dropped for tech cards. This is great though. Adds a lot of flexibility to the deck. I love this deck and thinks its extremely effective in the current meta. Do yourselves a favor and play this deck before it's intentionally countered! Lastly, I personally feel that dropping one fake coin for Thalnos in a base decklist makes the deck more consistent. Love this. Thanks for posting!
