I have edited Kolento version of Jade shaman and I have currently 32W 7L after 39 games.

Possible replacements: Jinyu Waterspeaker for White Eyes or Thing from Below , Flametongue totem for Devolve or Jinyu Waterspeaker.

Budget replacements: Bloodmage Thalnos for Devolve, Aya Blackpaw - dont play this deck if you cant craft it, Brann Bronzebeard for Bloodlust, Jinyu Waterspeaker or  2nd Feral Spirit

Update 1.3.2017 - Feral Spirit + Brann Bronzebeard. Because aggro meta going down i did this change. - Lighting Bolt + Devolve.  After loose againts n Zoth warrior i did this change and Devolve is also very good agains every shaman. -2x Thing from Below + Bloodlust and Jinyu Waterspeaker.  Because Bloodlust is very good against all reno decks. -Devolve + Jinyu Waterspeaker, because there are no Nzoth deck and less shamans in meta
