Any reason why you don't include Divine Favor on your list? (or if not Divine Favor, what about Cult Master instead?)

Divine Favor is a dead card against aggro and often ends up just sitting in your hand until later in the game vs control. Since the deck is a bit top heavier you don't get to play out your entire hand as often. Cult Master could work though, might try it out.

Is not there any replacement with Loatheb?

For his effect? No. If you don't have much use for him you can replace him more early game such as Flame/Knife Juggler, Haunted Creeper, Aldor Peacekeeper, or add an extra secret. You could also go greedy by adding Rag Lightlord or Piloted Sky Golem/Cairne.
