Kobolds and Catacombs Guide
Deck is working decently on the ladder, but I totally mixed the dates for the american with the asia pacific event, so sorry if it might be confusing when I talk about that the event is this weekend...
Anyway, some gameplay: VOD Aggro Rogue
How good is shaku? Is he really worth crafting or Just "good"
he's deceptively good. Kind of like bloodmage thalnos
He is a 2/3 stealth turn 3 that puts a card in your hand, with a aggro deck having extra cards is always good, but if you dont have it I wouldnt craft it for this.
Play the undercity guy instead. its a 2 drop and this deck has many 3 drops.
I played this deck (or similiar versions like this) and have to say it has resonable chances vs all t1 decks. I think its favored vs pirate warrior and a bit less vs shaman. But you have good chances beating all. If you want to watch stream id advise you muzzy or rdu.
Beautiful deck. I was working with a similar aggro rogue archetype but this one brings it altogether nicely. Kudos +1
no sap? really? Isn't Xaril too slow for this deck?
Do you run hex in aggro shaman and poly in aggro mage
Xaril isnt turn get drop, its for finishing off or tight spots.
How is this deck working on ladder?
This isn't a ladder deck, its a tournament deck. So some of the choices might not work while laddering. Xaril for example is way too slow IMO. Beneath the Grounds is interesting as it messes with Kazakus and Reno though.
Xaril can give you some useful poisons. I make big Edwin from time to time, then conceal him with the poison and it's gg. Or another shadowstep for leeroy or sth. Works quite well.
You cannot conceal with Xaril; however, you can get another bouncy shadowstep card and pummel your opponent with argent horseriders and Leeroys again and again.... And sometimes yet again, with the help of Xaril of course.
Edit: Completely forgot about Fadeleaf. Good call Kain. I don't think I had that toxin for 10 straight games and it slipped my mind entirely.
