I've has good success with deck. I try to get an evolve and doppleganster in my hand early. Thing from Below can be great combined with these cards. You can either use for the taunt or if you evolve it, you can get nice results. At 6 or 7 mana you may be able to dopplegangster, thing from below and evolve for a really powerful board. After you dopplegangster, evolve then next turn bloodlust is usually ideal.

The draw cards (loot hoarder and azure drake) and the mana tide totem help you get to the cards you want. Fire elementals, hex and devolves can help get you out of tough spots.
