Not hard to play at all. Even if you get a hand full of high cost minions you have plenty of small ones coming up. 

Always keep a medium-large hand. This is rather common knowledge but without at least 4 cards in hand you will get crushed most of the time because you will not be able to react.

Save removal for massive minions. There is only 2 instant removals and 1 turn removal in this deck. See about trading first.

Don't risk death. If you have 12 or lower health left use Reno Jackson. Chances are you will die that turn if you do not. 

Power Overwhelming is your best friend. This deck as a lot of small minions. Power Overwhelming gives your 1/1 minions quite a punch. Dark Peddler is in the deck to give another Power Overwhelming or a Corruption. 

Look for combos. A good combo is Void Crusher + Dreadsteed/Forbidden Ritual. Void Crusher can supply infinite removal for you if you have Dreadsteed or Moroes. The biggest drawback is killing himself or removing your big minions. 

Careful with Lord Jaraxxus. Jaraxxus is a powerful card and can save you from death but if the opponent is play Rogue and has burgle cards there is a chance they will get Sacrificial Pact. And if your hand is empty when you play this then good luck not dying. 

This deck is not for everyone but it works for those who play slow. You can even edit it for Kreno if you wish. Remember to have fun. No one likes a salty player.
