Against zoo\agro mulligan for Lightning storm + some removal like bolt\earth shock and feral spirits is also helpful.
Against druids\handlocks keep your hex for something serious.
And mostly against any other matchup you want argent squires+flametongue totems and unbounds to pressure them early.
You may also try the bloodlust version - substitute 1xSunwalker, 1xArgent Commander for 1xBloodlust and 1xLava Burst.

Posted Jul 13, 2014 (Live Patch 5506)This is in fact an excellent starter deck because every card is worth crafting for the shaman class and the neutrals are valuable for many many decks. I started with something similar as a F2P player and never had fear fighting more expensive decks because if you play smart and save your hex for the real threats you should be fine. The downsides? being midrange means running out of steam around turn 8 and some popular control decks are very hard to beat, if you dont manage to burst a handlock around turn 7 from 15+ health then you wont get past their taunt wall and in miracle rogue match ups... well...... you are the one needing the miracle because as soon as they conceal a gadgetsan they will have answers for anything you throw into the field.
