Greetings.
I tried to play Purify Priest in Un'Goro and found that it is not just fun, but effective too.
Win rate 64%
General information.
This Priest is created for Ben Brode, but you can use him if you want too.
The main power of this deck are:
1. Totally unexepectable.
2. Totally respect of your opponents
3. Strong minions.
4. OTK Combo.
Mulligan.
vs Aggro decks (Warrior, Shaman and Rogue):
Ancient Watcher, Northshire Cleric and Humongous Razorleaf
Acolyte of Pain with The Coin.
if you have Northshire Cleric can keep: Power Word: Shield and Kabal Talonpriest with The Coin. Cleric with big health can stop Pirates and draw a lot of cards.
if you have Ancient Watcher can keep: Silence and Purify to activate your 4-5, or Sunfury Protector to give him Taunt.
All other cards must be dropped!
The first part of Gameplay:
Purify Priest vs Murloc Shaman:
You think there is room for a bittertide hydra in this deck? I tried making my own purfiy priest before I stumbled upon this one so now I've crafted a bittertide hyrda and I don't want it to go to waste
If a big minion is the problem, then BGH would be a better option i think, the body is basically the same value, it costs 1 less and it needs only 1 card
i have built this exact deck and currently have a 90% win rate through 20 or so games. it is a fantastic deck. to the op. thank you. the only deck i have struggled with was quest rogue but i drew into shit cards and mulled more shit.
ty m8!)
Had to make a few alterations based on what cards I had, but I've played this deck a number of times now. Took me a while to get the hang of it, but I'm loving it so far :)
if face deck got a goldfish - you can do nothing.
in other case try to put big taunts on the board and it will be the end of the face deck
Any replacement for Shadow Visions?
it is very useful, but you can try Faceless Manipulator or Mass Dispel for example
If he is F2P, how would he have money to buy a Steam Game?
Humongous Razorleaf
keep in mind that i am not that good and struggle to break rank 10 playing dragon priest, yet i think my win ratio is about 65% with this deck from rank 10 to rank 5 almost effortlessly, sure some pirate warriors / zoo locks burn my Ancient Watcher down as soon as it's up and i don't stand a chance, but most opponents die before they realize what hit them. it's just too bad I played mostly on mobile and don't have the stats, but thank you for this deck that made rank 5 a reality for me.
some of my modifications: Faceless Manipulator is too slow in the current meta. also, two Sunfury Protector is overkill when you already run a copy of Defender of Argus. Here is my slightly modified version:

Cruised to rank 5 with a 67% win rate last season. Seems easily legend viable. Super fun as well, really refreshing deck during these dark days of shamanstone. Only match up I've encountered that feels bad is dragon priest. Fighting 3-4 drak ops is brutal.
Yeah, man!
You are doing well, koz I have something like 5-13 vs them :)
Wow this is a blast to play! I run asdir's deck version but found more utility with 1 pyro instead of 1 madness so i can clean up the board and draw with acolyte/northshire cleric. With this version of the deck you are almost always the aggressor except when you dont draw your 4 main silence targets by mid game. If this happens you have to rely on making huge taunts to turn the board around. I found that your opponents usually overvalue your watchers/statues so sometimes baiting them by playing conservatively till mid game can be the winning strategy agianst control matchups.

Currently my lolz deck. Don't have Faceless Shambler but subbed with Lightspawn and I'm having a blast. Added a Street Trickster (no Faceless Manipulator ) for additional embarrassment.
I'm pretty sure this is as close as you can get to the Unicorn Priest right now in the current meta, because this deck is amazing at destroying almost all the meta decks, so long as RNG is somewhat on your side. Unlike Pre-MSoG, this deck has enough viable silence and card draw to elevate it from a clunky combo deck to a legit tempo-into insane combo deck.
Tested this in both unranked and ranked play with largely a 75% win rate depending on draws and mulligan RNG. There are several decks that still fall to this one regardless of early game luck though.
*Jade Druids- They cower, f-ing cower at this deck. I've yet to lose a single match because they have no easy way of removing your high health minions. What's a swipe and some roots to a giant 4/36 taunted watcher waiting for his faceless friends to show up? Nothing, that's what. And you curve out so well with inner fire and divine spirit on your smaller minions that they can't get the jades out fast enough to stop the turn 5 wins.
*Pirate Warriors- Depends solely on early game RNG. Lost a few due to poor draws, but once you get the watcher walls up, they know better than to keep after your face. No amount of pirates can get through the kinds of health numbers this deck can push out.
*Miracle Rogues- Step 1) Mulligan for the 0 mana Silence
Step 2) Watch them spend forever throwing out an 8/8 Edwin on turn 1
Step 3) Apply Silence directly to the Edwin's forehead
Step 4) Laugh as the Rogue's world falls apart before their eyes.
Step 5) Instant Gold
It's also amazing watching them exhaust the Leeroy combo just to down a single walled faceless. Just be careful of the saps, they're killer if you're way behind with bad RNG. Spread the buffs evenly and don't over-commit until you see that second one get played.
*The Renos- Haven't faced that many, surprisingly. But I will say that watching a warlock scramble to use every once of removal on your stuff before turn 6 is hilarious. Also, no warlock expects the silence on the drake.
Reno mage can be rough, but throughout a huge combo on one turn and they can't deal with it fast enough usually. Spread the buffs evenly and silence the Doomsayer for easy profit.
Reno Priest can't deal with the watchers unless you buff them (don't) and combo statues out with faceless minions to avoid too much punishment.
*Hunters (What?)-At least one existed on ladder during my trials with the deck. Threw a watcher down turn two and he wised up and threw a freeze trap. Threw a Sunfury down to taunt and soak the trap. Rinse, repeat, and win the match. Watch your health in case of KC burst while they eye your watchers with fear and dread.
*Finja Paladins- Screw them and screw Murlocs. Just Inner Fire their Humilities and Aldors into oblivion and out tempo before turn 10 for a hard win. Watch out for the Equality clears, over commitment is a sin against Pallys.
Overall, if you have the spare resources, make this deck and have some fun confusing your opponents. It's not totally consistent, but when it works, goddamn does it work. Of course, experiences vary between players, so just try your best.
P.S Name this deck "SILENCE! I KILL YOU!" for true immersion. Because honestly, silencing taunts and Doomsayers secures your victim's deaths and despair.
Getting crushed at rank 12. Regret making this deck.
LOL turn 6 opponent disconnects from game
Turn 7 lol he wasn't around to see:
I stream on Twitch and am starting to build decks
Here is one I built, still tweaking it, but it's fun http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/722613-drunken-reno-brann
Those are big ass minions but you can't attack with them, what's the point if you don't purify first?
I think I did purify them. If I didn't then maybe I forgot, idk... how can you tell whether or not they are purified? Also sometimes I don't do that in order to make the enemy ignore the minion until it's too late. Then I can add taunt to the minion, save purify for a different combo... I'm not a pro, I just play the cards I'm dealt and try to beat my opponent, sometimes through trickery :)
