it's not really a cheap deck but i thought i might share my version of it and I hope you have fun playing it :) 

for those that aren't familiar with this deck the goal is to collect all the cards needed for one turn finish and to lower the cost of those cards with emperor. Alexstraza is there to help you with a 2 turn finish if needed.  Ussualy the cards that would be good to have in hand when playing emperor are ice lance, frostbolt, roaring torch, evolved kobold and fireball. Basically everyting that can go face and  deal damage. The game is usually surviving until you get your combo that you get by playing minions in early game and drawing cards until you get your combo. The board is usually cleared with doomsayer+frost nova/blizzard combo and thats pretty much it. Hope you have fun playing :D
