Hello guys..
I'm Rase... a Brazilian pro player
Free agent at the moment and looking for a new team =)

I always go for #1 and this season already got it with Jade Aggro Shaman

But now.. i was trying to make a new Priest

Dragon Priest is really good at the moment.. but the Ladder is infested with Renolocks and now some Rogues too (2 bad matchups)

So to improve this matchs and still good against others... I cut a few cards to use the combo: Velen + Smite + MindBlast (14 dmg)

Because with Dragon Priest, a lot of times you can pressure but don't have how to finish... So if you lost the board you probably lose the game.

So I did 87.5% W.R with this deck (14/2) and got #8 Legend -Proof of it - (probably going for #1 later) 

Somethings about the deck choices and possible changes:

Smite and Mind Blast: One of each is just enough... don't need to use 2.

Twilight Wheelp: Good card but i have to cut somethings to use the combo. And you always want this on turn 1 but many times on the mid/late game you hold this to have a Dragon activator. So playing Alexstrasa, many times you already have one Dragon stucked on your hand.

Shadow Word Pain: Great card and have a lot of targets on this meta. If you don't wanna play the 1 mana potion or the Book Wyrm... Should play 2 pains.

Northshire Cleric: Must have 2... contest board against pirates and draw against others.

Potion of Madness: I really like this card, but you can change for the second Twilight Wheelp or the second Shadow Word Pain. 

Brann Bronzebeard: Very good card with synergy in most of your deck.

Holy Nova: Really good against aggros and possible draws with Clerics too.

Book Wyrm: Some people are not using it at Dragon Priest... but i really like one.. because there is a lot of targets for it now. But maybe 2 is too much.

Prophet Velen: If you don't have it.. just play the Standard Dragon without the combo pieces :P

Alexstraza: It's a Dragon... Good after Reno and can heal you against aggros (won me some games doing this)

Dragonfire Potion: Like everyone, I started this expasion playing 2 of this on my Dragon's List... but now i realize that isn't so good... And Holy Nova is doing better for me. 

Update: Now... there is a lot of rogues on ladder too... so DragonFire Potion can be a good choice. So you can replace potion of madness to play one of this.

The other cards i guess it's core.. and good to use 2 of each.
