Example of fast start:

Turn 1: Kabal Lackey + secret (preferably ice ones)

2: Medivh's Valet  3 damage or frostbolt 

3: coin + ethereal archanist (5/5 at end of turn 3) (if ice barrier prevent opponent attacks with lakey and the 3 damage of turn 2) /// if no coin kirin + secret

4:Lackey + secret + kabal crystal runner/// 2 runner or runner + frostbolt or runner + valet

than attack mostly face freezing opponents, countering spells, copying minions, using effigy, fireball, leeroy, portals ....
