Hi Hearthpwn
I am Mejsik, hearthstone player from Czech Republic and I want to share with you my discardlock zoo deck.
I played it from rank 16 to Legend. It took me about 10 hours to get to Legend.
Winrate 75-34
Matchups: vs Warlock: 7-4
vs Hunter: 10-3
vs Mage: 10-4
vs Paladin: 6-1
vs Priest: 2-0
vs Rogue: 8-5
vs Shaman: 13-6
vs Druid: 6-4
vs Warrior 13-7
Proof:
Possible changes: - 1x Abusive Sergeant + 1x Crazed Alchemist
- 1x Abusive Sergeant + 1x Flame Juggler
for anyone who thinks zoo/discard lock is a easy deck: you are wrong. Trust me
Really? The only things you need to know, when to trade and what to discard. Keep possible boardclears always in mind and thats it.
Zoo / discardlock is one of the easiest and best decks on the ladder. And it has a solid winrate against shaman. Only control warri could
be a hard match up, if you can't win before he stack his neverending armor.
Doomguard is better in this type of deck
He took the card in the deck, did not survive. F*** LEROY
How ? On the last day of previous seasons (2 days ago ) I managed to get rank 12 from 18 without any loses . . Just go face/trade if there is something like 6-3 on the board , place minions appropriately and bam , easy wins . At least till rank ~12.
Harvest Golem, but it is a key card.
Imp master, very similar effect, its pretty good replacment
A very solid deck. After hitting Legend in Wild this season with a Zoolock deck (you can see the list below if you need), I decided to see what's going on in Standard. This deck brought me up 9 ranks (from 23 to 14) in an hour with a 100 % winrate over 12 games. Good job.
Thanks :)
The mulligan works fairly easy:
with coin: keep hard mulligan for one drops, if you already have one you might consider dropping the second, imp gang boss is good to coun out on turn two, peddler is also a fine keep, knife juggler and dire wolf are okay if you have to but try to avoid it because they get more value in the later game. Also avoid any discard mechanics in the early game, exept for soulfire, in some occasions for example you alreay have a one drop and youre up against a shaman. Malchezaars imp is a fine keep two but only play it if you don't have other one drops left.
without coin: hard mulligan for one drops once again, don't keep imp gang, try to get peddler, knife juggler and dire wolf are now a little better keeps because you can't coin out a three drop, once again aboud discard mechanics, exept for soulfire in rare occasions.
Hope this helped you.
This deck is, how you say, a joke. It's a deck for little kids to come on here and claim they got to legend on a magical server of easiness.
You are a little on the negative side of things. This deck can hit legend if played correctly, and the picture also shows that this deck can atleast win in legend even vs shaman. If you can't hit legend with a deck that doesn't mean other people can't. Also if this was adeck for little kids it would't be that skill intensive as it is.
Any replacement for dark peddler??
No. Just get it - it's one of the very key Warlock cards.
Any replacement to dead peeleer??
I dont usually play warlock but I had great success with this deck. I went from rank 18 to rank 11 really fast with multiple win streaks. The only match ups that were tough were against control warrior and mid-range shaman. Reading through the comments I realized that I also didnt face a single hunter or druid.
Abusive sergeant still viable?
Not really. Young Priestess or Demonfire are more viable.
Yes, but you can replace one with [card]Crazed Alchemist[/card]
How could you replace a "Boss"? ;)
