I think a lot of you are criticizing the use of (previous version) nerubian egg in this deck. The goal of token decks is to get a lot of minions on the board. This is vulnerable to aoe, so you put a card like nerubian egg which is anti-aoe in nature. it could be on the board the entire game just threatening to be unleashed by a card like blizzard or consecrate. Plus, every sing neutral card I see here would be a good silence target, so if this does get silenced then it allows your other cards to be silence free. the only problem would be aggro decks like zoo which don't use aoe and makes me believe that nerubian egg belongs in a watcher druid deck. it would help lower the curve with 2 drops and allow you to add in your 2 spellbreakers as 4 drops which will probably be necessary with nax.
I haven't played nax but I don't think the idea of the egg being in this deck is worth auto shutting down
I think Nerubian Egg doesn't fit here. As others have said, you will have trouble turned that egg into a 4/4. You're better off replacing with Loot Hoarders for extra card draw and deathrattle synergy.
I also don't understand Imp Master. Sure it's good to generate tokens but I don't think you need it. I would replace it with Thalnos for even more card draw, an extra deathrattle for synergy, and spell damage boost.
I just don't see any reason to play the Nerubian Egg as a druid, using a swipe on it is bad and blowing two spells or double keepers is also bad. Maybe if you combo'd it with mark of nature and turn it into a weaker cairne but then it ends up costing the same as cairne for less. not to mention it eats two cards to do that and 4 if you run it twice.
I like the concept of the deck for sure and have had similar ideas myself. There's a few suggestions I'd like to make however.
Id say test the changes but you cant yet!
i think Power of the Wild is mandatory in this deck so i pulled them back in.
about Ancient of Lore... well i dont know if this card will fit into this deck but its still better than Nourish imo.
This deck needs keeper of the grove.... not just because he is probably the best druid minion overall but because you can silence enemy deathrattles (which will be everywhere) or you can kill your own egg with the 2 damage.
I'd drop the druid of the claws for keepers. The druids don't have any synergy with the rest of the deck anyway. Also look into taking out a soul of the forest for a nourish. the large amount of situational cards and cheap minions is going to cause problems because you have no draw power.
Sadly, I don't believe Baron Rivendare will interact with Poison Seeds if that is your intent. Since you kill him in the process, he won't be on the board for Deathrattle triggers.
Not counting Savage Roar and Power of the Wild, I think Seeds are your only way force an optimum Egg kill. Ideally, you want to use Roar late game, and Power could be a waste depending on what you have on the board.
Finally, when you're carrying only one Swipe and zero Wrath, I think this deck will have issues with various rush decks. Seeds will only slow them down slightly.
I think Baron Rivendare will always be the first target for the enemy just to avoid being overwhelmed by deathrattle minions. So he might be in any case a good tempo gain since they have to kill a 7hp minion or waste a silence on him.
I wasn't implying Baron should be removed. If he sticks, he can make some powerful things occur within the confines of the deck. I was just covering that Poison Seeds doesn't work with him, and that's your best card to cast to kill your Egg. You'll never get 2x 4/4's via Poison Seeds.
-1 Force of Nature, +1 Swipe
I think there are enough Tokens for Savage Roar, so 1 Force of Nature is enough and Swipe is a staple.
maybe soul of the forest instead of poison seeds too
there are 2 soul of the forest already ;)
I agree i like the change
there is only 1 actually lol
I don't think Argent Squire is the best 1 drop here, because it doesn't really interact with the rest of the early game. I think you'd be better off with a Leper Gnome for the Undertaker proc, or Abusive Sergeant to get the egg to swing in to something.
thank you for the advice!
