The idea is to use Prophet Velen to double damage from Mind Blast and healings effects. Use Embrace The Shadow to turn healings into damage, and Emperor Thaurissan for reducing cost of cards to OTK.

Posted Nov 10, 2016 (Yogg Nerf)The combo is to get as many healing/damage spells into your hand at once, plus Velen and an Embrace the Shadow. Thaurissan to reduce the cost, and bam.
Assuming you have the mana due to discounts then...
2 Flash Heals + 2 Holy Smites + 2 Mind Blasts = 48 Damage for 2 mana (assuming every card was discounted). Unless you're playing CW, you probably don't need the whole combo.
3 of Flash Heal and/or Mind Blast will take a non armored hero down from full health. Flash Heal is naturally better as it costs less, but can be useful to stabilize pre-combo.
Assuming you are aiming at 30 damage in a single turn, and you already have the necessary cards in hand, you could pull off the combo on turn 8 if you Thaurissan on turn 7. (Velen for 6, EtS for 1, 2 Flash Heals for 0, and a Mind Blast for 1).
