Wouldn't Ragnaros the Firelord be better than Loot Hoarder? It's all around solid card and great if you summon him with Barnes.

hi rag is great for sure but this deckis all about fast card draw to play murlocs then use anyfin so losing loot horder is not good idea as in this deck there is no such thing as to much card draw :D

I have every card except Forbidden Healing.

Is there a good remplacement?

Seeing how those are all healers and without them you'd be a lot more fragile, try these:
Refreshment Vendor
Earthen Ring Farseer
Mistress of Mixtures

Even another Loot Hoarder might work.

Why no Old Murkeye? Seems he would be great and is another charge minion...?

In my experience with this deck, you need to outdraw your opponent once you wrestle board control away from them (pirate decks, shammy's).  Basically, can you get your board clears and murlocs out in time.  When you synergize with trades, doomsayer, consecrate, or pyro/equality, you can pull 2 free cards most times.  It's a huge play.

I've been thinking of taking out the one loot hoarder for swamp ooze.  Facing 30% pirates and 20% rogues with the shammy's in there for another 20%.  I want to use Harrison but fear it will be too slow.  I'd replace a Knight, but I don't have Ragheal, I have have Ragrage, so I need the heals... if they hit!

Wouldn't Bloodmage Thalnos be better instead of a single Loot Hoarder? This way you can get additional dmg on consecration. What do you think?

I played this deck from rank 5 to Legend now with a winrate about 60%.

So some advice from My side: Against aggro hardly mulligan for equality, doomsayer and the 2-1 charge. You can keep Piecekeeper against rogue and shaman but it might be better to throw it away against warriors if you dont have a doomsayer on hand. If you have some of it you can hold Finja if you have coin. Against control mulligan for any carddraw and Finja, for Renolock also piecekeeper to answer giant. 

Always keep equality! And hold pyromancer if you have eqality already.

Without Finja I Would Not try to Hit legend with this deck. Played out in round 4 or 5 he's instant win in most matchups, because you will be able to Play a turn 10 anyfin, or just have a heavy swingturn in the next round. Without him My win rate Would be far Less than 60%. 

Dont waste the leaders against control playing them in round 3 on empty board. If you have anything else on Hand play the other cards. Even heropower is better Choice most of the time. Use him to get a 4-2 charge to clear or to buff Finja and pull a 6 atack charge. 

Btw: if finja atacks a minion with 4 atack f.e. and pulls a leader, he actually survives and Stays on board with 4-2. 

Thanks dude, Im playing a different version with -1 Loot Hoarder, -1 Peacekeeper and +2 mistress of mixtures but this is still very good mulligan advice.

I took out a doomsayer and added a redemption, having a murloc or a rag die twice (or rag heal himself from one) is pretty good. Gets the combo out early.

Can I do it without Finja, the Flying Star ?

Yes, replace with say a Harrison, Acolyte of Pain, Uldaman or Lay on Hands. Finja is good vs midrangy decks but less effective vs aggro and control I feel.

I think will do that, love murlocs :)

Is this deck playable without Lightlord?

yes, consider lay of hands as a replacement. Or second Forbbiden healing.
