Hey guys this is the deck I used to beat the Netherspite Heroic challenge. 

 

Basically you want to get cheep taunt minions and put them on the right side so that they only take 1 damage per hit and the deathrattle summon minions on the left so that he can never activate his windfury. This means that he can't attack twice and each of the minions on the right soaks up multiple hits.

Also make sure you don't over do it and put too many down at a time because he will swing at the ones without the buff first and give you less options.
