The strategy is simple: kill his minion until he runs out of cards! He draws very much so don't worry about finish your deck before him.

Save Polymorph only for Knife and use Flamestrike only when there are many non-plates minions. Use Flamewaker as soon as you can and try to balance when to clear his board and when let him damage you.

I've tried this deck many times and I won more than 50%, there will be always a moment where your health will be below 10, but if you've managed your removal well and you aren't unlucky, you will prevale in the end.

Try to trade your minions only with Fork and Cup

If you have it, it could be a good idea to add Cabalist's Tome

If you don't have Unstable Ghoul try Flame Juggler if you have problem in the early part or Abomination if you manage well. EDIT: ok, abomination seems bugged, so use it if you wann cheat, avoid it if you wanna fair play
