Strategy

Mulligan Guide: Sapphiron will kill absolutely every minion that you play, so it's pointless to try and damage him until he is out of cards. In the meantime, you'll want to save all your direct damage spells for his minions. It's best to start with cards that can be useful right away, like Flamecannon, Frostbolt, and Bluegill Warrior.

He only has six spells in his deck: 2 Frostbolt, 2 Pure Cold, and 2 Blizzard, and he never even uses the Blizzard against this deck. If you get lucky, your Counterspell will be able to stop one of his Pure Cold. Since he has so few spells you should expect to see him cast multiple minions every turn.

You can't use Alexstrasza for this fight, so you're going to have to take him to fatigue in order to kill him. The toughest minions to deal with are his 3 Faerie Dragon and 3 Spectral Knight since you can't target them with any spells. The dragons aren't too bad since you can still get them with Explosive Sheep, Bluegill Warrior, or Volcanic Potion, but the Knights are going to be more challenging. The best way to deal with the Knights is to kill a Necroknight that he plays right beside one and let its Deathrattle destroy it. Otherwise, you may have to use a combination of cards to get rid of them.

This fight will take some time to finish since you need to run him out of cards.  As long as you can take care of the minions he plays you should be able to survive long enough to kill him. Try to manage your freeze spells wisely so you can maximize your mass removal, like Flamestrike.

Deck Notes

I would try to hold on to the Ice Block, if possible, since it is a great failsafe, but if you have to swap anything else you may want to add another Wolfrider or Reckless Rocketeer. If you'd like to see some other deck ideas just check out the links below.
