Mulligan Guide: Thaddius will summon Feugen and 1 Stalagg at the start of his first turn. This not only annoying, since they are huge, but it prevents you from doing anything to them until your second turn. Even though neither of them have the normal Deathrattle ability they must still be dealt with swiftly or you'll never survive. You'll want to draw any combination of Soulfire or Corruption in your starting hand, but the perfect draw is having one of each so you can kill one of his minions immediately.
Don't be surprised if he destroys absolutely everything you put on the board. It can be extremely frustrating because almost any minion that can mount any kind of defense in the early game is easily obliterated by his arsenal of removal spells. The goal is to get out your own Feugen or Stalagg and have them die so you get a huge Thaddius...that you can use to kill Thaddius. What sweet irony!
At the start of the game your Explosive Sheep and Demonwrath are a great way to keep his minions to a manageable size. You'll find that Mind Control Tech comes in handy too, because he often throws everything out on his side of the board.
If you can survive the first few turns there is a good chance you can draw enough heals to stabilize. Clear absolutely everything from his side of the board and make sure you don't put yourself in Lightning Bolt range. Don't get discouraged if you don't take him down the first time. This fight will require some luck, especially on your initial draw.
You shouldn't need to swap anything out here, but if you're missing some of the rares you might want to consider cheap minions that have high Health, so once they get flipped from Polarity Shift they can make reasonable trades or limit the damage he can do to you. If you'd rather try something different you can take a look at the decks below.

Subbed out half the cards; still worked. Got super lucky, 1st try. Thanks!
Updated version as of Witchwood - RenoLock for Thaddius Heroic.
Almost too easy!
Thank you! Another one of your decks that worked great on the first try!
Thanks for making such great guides and videos to go with these.
I am enjoying your drawings with your guides! Must remember to visit Thad's House of Hair the next time I visit his dungeon.
