Mulligan Guide: It's best if you can start with a Shadow Bolt, Soulfire, or Sacrificial Pact. It's not uncommon for him to use The Coin to drop a Demonfire on his Voidcaller on his first turn. Having a Sacrificial Pact is about the only way to survive if this happens.
Heigan the Unclean can be a real challenge because he will kill nearly everything you drop on the board. His ability Eruption is on auto-cast at the start of his turn and does a whopping 3 damage. Normally I like to kill the Voidcaller he starts with on turn three with Shadow Bolt and then use Sacrificial Pact on whatever gets summoned (depending on what it is).
Placement is very important for this fight, so you want to make sure that you put minions that can survive or benefit from Eruption to the left and everything else on the right. It's best to try and put Haunted Creepers or Nerubian Eggs to the left, because they will buy you a couple of turns. Once you are able to put out the Dreadsteed you don't have to worry about anything dying again because he will get blown up and be resummoned to the same spot.
Bane of Doom can sometimes be a pain to deal with. I've had it summon Mal'Ganis against me more than once. If this happens, unless you have a Sacrificial Pact or Siphon Soul handy you should probably restart.
If you don't have the Dreadsteeds for the deck you might want to try a cheaper alternative with Stoneskin Gargoyle. He's not nearly as good, because he can still be killed, but he might buy you a couple of turns if he gets ignored by Heigan. If you'd like some other deck ideas you can find them below.

I subbed a lot of cards, but the multitude of removal in this deck worked out really well!
i just go with normal cubelock and win for 1st time ;d btw nice series of guides! great work man
Thank you, thank you. This worked for me on the first try!
I made a few changes; I only had one Dreadsteed so replaced the second with a Stoneskin Gargoyle.
I replaced the Haunted Creepers with Devilsaur Eggs.
I mulliganed hard for a Shadow Bolt, Soulfire, or Sacrificial Pact. I didn't get any of those, but I got a Corruption, which I used on his Voidcaller which he dropped on turn one.
I am sure it would have been even better with two Dreadsteed but I didn't want to craft unless I had to. :)
