I tried to make the deck as cheap as possible without losing effectiveness.

Swap Harvest Golem for Imp Gang Boss if you have it.

Make sure you have a 1 drop in the opening hand (preferably Flame Imp and follower that buffs your minions in the second turn. Use Lance Carrier mostly on statues since you don't want to have them for too long. The AI will destroy its buffed statues sometimes just to kill one of your bigger threats so never lose hope. Most of the ork will be done by Darkshire Councilman since you'll usually have it buffed with +10 attack.

Always aim to have a as big as possible board. When you'll have 7 minions on your side of the board the game is 99%won.

Remember: destroy all his statues if possible and aim for board control, at the end the Councilman and Void terror will do the rest.
