Posted May 20, 2016 (Old Gods)Not entirely. It is very difficult to remove early 3-health minions such as Tunnel Trogg without a Rallying Blade. Its main purpose is not to have a 7/7 Tirion Fordring but to alleviate the difficulty of the early game.
