Yarghh! Pirates

This is a deck I made because I just got all the Pirates, and I think they synergize very well with Warrior's class cards.

Overall Strategy:

You want to use weapons and pirates to go for the face or if you have to, make good trades. I'll list some common combos later. But you want to be aggressive with this playstyle. This is NOT a Control Warrior deck, where you're gonna have 20 armor and play every card you have and hope you can out-fatigue your opponent. You want to win before 10 turns, but sometimes you just have bad luck, but you can still do a massive burst of damage late game.

Mulligan Stragegy:

Upgrade, Fiery War Axe, Armorsmith, Bloodsail Raider, Captain's Parrot, Southsea Deckhand, Slam, Cruel Taskmaster, Acolyte of Pain are all good cards to keep.

Common Strategies and Combos:

Upgrade + Bloodsail Raider = 3/3 on turn 2 and a 1/3 weapon, not bad, but I usually like to save Bloodsail Raider for late game.

Warsong Commander + Bloodsail Raider + any weapon = You get the charge bonus from Warsong, then the bonus damage is added, so this can be a REALLY huge damage burst late game. If you have Arcanite Reaper, or Fiery War Axe, and upgrade them, then do this combo = insane. Or the most insane version of this combo is Gorehowl + Warsong Commander + Bloodsail Raider for 9 damage charge +7 damage weapon to the face to finish strong for 16 damage.

Acolyte of Pain + Cruel Taskmaster = a 3/2 to draw card and help u trade up to kill a higher minion, which gives you another card.

Weapon + Dread Corsair = very cheap or free taunt. So for 3 mana, you can use Fiery War Axe to make it a 1 mana taunt with 3 damage and health, and you get a weapon. Look at that value :D

2-3 Damaged Minions + Battle Rage = very good card draw for 2 mana. You can use whirlwind if you have to damage your minions to help you get more cards.

Stampeding Kodo = awesome instant removal for those pesky 1/7 taunts, 2/7 gurbashi berzerkers, harvest golems, stealthed minions like blood imp, demolisher, master swordsmiths, etc, etc.

Harrison Jones = Don't laugh, this can be a very good card draw, or just to save your minions. I see a lot of rogues with 3/4 weapons, this is perfect for that because they usually like to buff them with deadly weapon. This will usually win you the game if you're playing against warlock and they play Lord Jaraxxus, then you just laugh as you draw a bazillion cards. Same thing for shamans and doom hammer, this will give you so many cards. Even against classes that don't have weapons, this card will usually eat up a removal allowing you to save another good minion of yours.

Any weapon + Captain Greenskin = Don't be afraid to use an upgrade and Captain Greenskin if that's the only weapon you have. But always make sure you have a weapon before you play him, don't just play him to have a minion on the board.

The Black Knight = D'uh, taunt removal. Most classes have at least one taunt in their decks. if they don't., they're usually aggro which means it'll take at least 2 cards for them to kill it, or eat up a removal spell, which is fine. But when a shaman lays down that 7/8 taunt for 5 mana, and next turn you destroy it with TBK....priceless.

Mind Control Tech + Warsong Commander: Great against aggro decks, but this isn't a dead card if the opponent never has more than 4 minions. use this with Warsong Commander for 3/3 charge to help you trade up or go for the face.

Southsea Captain: buffs your other pirates, so try and take advantage of that.

These 3 cards below are what I would consider the least essential, so if you find something better, these are the cards you should replace.

Mind Control Tech

Captain's Parrot

Battle Rage

 Possible Replacements:

Brawl = If you're facing a lot of aggro and need to get back board control, this is an option.

Frothing Berserker = Always a good card and usually eats up a removal spell right away. Great if you already have a Warsong Commander in play.

Leeroy Jenkins = Always a good card in aggro decks, just make sure to use him as a finisher.

Cleave = Good for helping you finish off 2 minions you can't quite kill off.

If you have any comments or suggestions after trying this deck, please let me know.

I've done surprising well against Hunters with this deck, just wanted to add that because it's ALWAYS satisfying to beat a Hunter :P
