any other control deck will overwhelm this with stronger minions.

I think the point of this deck is not to beat control, it's to reduce the amount of pirate-warriors on ladder by trapping them in a 30 minute game. Or, you know, they concede and you get a star.

I believe he meant to say rounds, which is roughly true (with 1 round being a turn for each player, in which case the correct number of rounds would be 45). The player who goes first can play 45 turns and as soon as the second player's 45th turn starts, the game instantly kills both players. You can see this happen in the video below if you'd like, which also follows the turn count for each player as it happens.

Geez... rope every turn and you might be able to make the game take 45 mins. If they are on mobile odds are they will disconnect by then. Free WINS! And you will get your Legendary in only 400 hours of game time!

Don't really understand the point of playing Reno, a standard deck with duplicates seems more consistent imo. I mean, just look at the curve, you have almost nothing to do until turn 3-4 and there's not draw engine except Solemn Vigil. I like the idea but I would have picked different cards and/or removed Reno.

All this theorycrafting is making me so impatient to get my hands on the new cards!

Argent Protector and Blessing of Kings seems to stay on the weak side of this deck, you tend to lose so much on board. 

You are also playing a fatigue game, bringing Emperor Thaurissan doesn't do much to your deck. Maybe Baron Gaddon?

Perhaps adding one copy of Enter the Coliseum for some extra board clear, and the good old Humility Stampeding Kodo combo.
