So I haven't seen many people make spell-based hunter decks, however they can work quite well. I'll talk through a couple of ways this deck can actually be really effective. 

Cards such as Animal Companion and Unleash the Hounds are obviously great to use with Kill Command as if you also have cards such as Dalaran Mage, Archmage, Kobold Geomancer or Ogre Magi on the board, kill command can do up to 9 damage in one go, and you have two!

It seems obvious but always remember that if you're planning to use Unleash the Hounds, play cards such as Deadly Shot and Multi-Shot afterwards. Maybe it's just me that makes this mistake though. 

Hunter's Mark is great to use with Unleash the Hounds as it makes people very angry to have their precious legendary or whatever killed by a 1/1 dog :).

The one problem with this deck is the fact that some of the cards rely very heavily on your opponent having minions out, so this deck won't work very well against another spell deck, or a Mage.
