This is the 5th iteration of this build I've been playing with. I've got a Win X games as Paladin daily quest, but I don't have the cards/dust to play any of the currently trending Paladin Brawl decks. So I decided to see what I could do with what I had.
Try to mulligan hard for Knife Juggler. With the Murloc deck bonus, that's free damage every hand - and a big blinking target for your opponent to look at trading for - every hand. Try to play as much on Murloc synergies as you can while throwing in some Paladin tricks to be irritating.
I'd like to have included a second Sword of Justice, but just didn't feel like spending the 400 dust for a Tavern Brawl.
Win or lose, out of about a dozen brawls so far, I've found this to be a very Fun deck to play. Most people just don't seem to know what to do with it.
I'm definitely an amateur. Someone better (and/or with a bigger card selection) could probably take this and make it much more viable.
Many people have asked how this is effective with so many 1/2 drops. It's very vulnerable to AoE, which doesn't seem to be very prevalent on this brawl. Also, the main thing is, VERY few people expect it. I've got about a 75% winrate, and a good third of those just concede by turn three.
Does this deck work in ladder?
This is specifically for this week's Tavern Brawl. Without the Murloc mechanic, it'd probably be terrible.
It's actually not that bad...I have a 7-2 record!
I've tried a bunch of other Brawl decks (that I could afford - I'm not dumping 1000 dust for a Tavern Brawl) tonight. The Warrior Naxx Deathrattle one was probably the most fun, but I just wasn't winning much with it.
Funny thing, yesterday and tonight, I'm seeing a LOT of Murlock decks.
I came back to this deck (and a variant I made, with Reno Jackson , dropping a Grimscale Oracle and a Knife Juggler, adding in Seal of Light. I won one, lost one (but before Reno could be a factor). Anyway, this deck has been the most fun, and has gotten me the most wins, of anything all this week on Brawl.

It's not just 1 of each card, it's 1 of a LOT of cards and 2 of a couple of cards that play well with the mechanic or have synergies. Mostly I've found it a lot of fun to have such a wide variety of stuff, and opponents don't seem to cope as well with so many different things.
It wouldn't be too difficult to swap out a few things and toss in Reno Jackson.
