PRESENTATION
Hey guys, my name is Thomas 'Cokîne' Chaigneau, I am a 20 years old French player. I reached 5 times legend on EU server with differents decks (zoo, palamid, druide combo, mech mage..).
Today I want to share with you the secret paladin decklist I am running for many weeks. The decklist is not totally different, but there is some changes that gave me a huge amount of win in tournaments and in ladder ! The decklist is not an aggressiv one, this is purely a midrange paladin but including secrets, that makes him even more stronger. In the following paragraphs I will explain my different card choice and why I think it's absolutely overpowered in that type of deck.
Thanks for reading, and if you liked it, feel free to leave a comment and/or a like <3
PROOF
CARD CHOICE
Equality : this card is just a must have ! Nobody is waiting for an equality in a secret paladin. This one make me win so many times. If you have a full board and the opponent put a taunt to survive, sometimes you just go for equality trade with a token and end the ennemy !
Zombie Chow : This 1 drop is much better than Secretkeeper in the most early plays, because in this deck we play only 6 secrets and don't want them in early game. Plus, if you do a well-curved early game you will not play secrets from your hand, so your Secretkeeper will be less efficient than Zombie Chow. If you drop it at the first turn you should be ahead against all aggresiv decks, and even more in mirror match up, because it will force the opponent paladin to play secrets to trade zombie instead of developing the board.
Aldor Peacekeeper : I was not really happy to cut my Divine Favor to put this aldor, but he saves me a lot of times, and was a great tempo card. Every games, your opponent plays big threat minions like Dr. Boom, and aldor is coming to let you trade without losing your board or to reduce the threat and keep going in your opponent face.
Ironbeak Owl : one silence is really good to deal with taunts, extra buffed minions or something like Sylvanas, Emperor Thaurissan... You will always find a way to use this card in late game and even in early game if you don't have anything at turn 2 in order to silence Mad Scientist or something annoying.
Keeper of Uldaman : This LoE card is probably the best including I made in my decklist. This card is really versatile, you can use it on an ennemy minion to trade it easily, but you can also use it on your own tokens or damaged minions to give him a better body. Against control decks you should hold it and wait for something big. It's also usefull against all these Fel Reaver !
Mulligans
- Hunter : Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Ironbeak Owl, Knife Juggler
Against face hunter having an early Sludge Belcher, and Noble Sacrifice will give you a good tempo in the game and it will reduce your taken damages.
- Shaman : Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Muster for Battle, Knife Juggler
Against all these face shamans, sometimes you will need Ironbeak Owl.
- Priest : Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Knife Juggler, Muster for Battle
Equality will be needed if he develops too many minions.
- Warrior : Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Muster for Battle, Piloted Shredder
Play on curve every turn and it's a freewin.
- Paladin : Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Consecration, Knife Juggler, Muster for Battle
Consecration is really important if you don't take the board in early game. You should play around this card too because it destroys your board so fast.
- Warlock : Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Knife Juggler, Muster for Battle
Ironbeak Owl could be nice if you face a zoo warlock.
- Rogue : Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot, Knife Juggler
Ironbeak Owl is need if you face raptor rogue.

Fantastic deck - went from 11 to 5 relatively quickly :-)
I made a couple of videos showcasing my run:
One with music and quick plays: https://youtu.be/h2F7VJxSDZw
One with commentary: https://youtu.be/l-RsRkTjH0U
Thanks dude for the comment, I'm happy you enjoyed playing my deck :)
Two of my friends have also tried it - and it is working very well for them too :-)
I don't know if it's worth to swap 1 shredder for a dead card in a lot of match ups...
You don't want to win in the late game, and you won't play Divine Favor in early game so I personally don't think it is a good card in this meta because you don't play all your hand in one turn like eboladin ! And against face shamans and others aggro decks you don't have time to play this type of card !
I want to like this, but when there's no card draw it makes me hesitant to play lucky draw decks like this.
i think this is more midrange, but you could probably take out 1x consecration for 1x divine favour.
You don't throw all your hand in one turn like eboladin or aggro decks. You play one card by one card in curve and keep the control of the board. If you play like a midrange player & on curve, then Divine Favor is a dead card. With all the face shamans and aggro decks you don't even have time to draw anything...
I really like your reasoning on the zombie chow. i saw kolento running it in Insomnia56 Truesilver Championship. Got to rank 3 to 2 (6-0) with this list before going to bed, will run your list to legend this season. thanks.
