Yup, doesn't work. He had lethal, attacked my Animated Armor and then killed me in same turn.

Slitherspear kills my animated armor in every game for me. :(

For me to. I think this trick doesn't work anymore.

Changed only two cards: Kirin Tor Mage Ethereal Arcanist

I tried priest and mill rogue, but neither worked for me. This one though worked at 1st try! The boss did ignore Animated Armor when he thought he had lethal. THANKS :)

Note 1: make sure you play Animated Armor when the boss has lethal on board, it seems only then the boss will send all minions face and ignore Animated Armor.

Note 2: the exact same deck worked for Giantfin as well (although you definitely should take out mirror entity for card draw or something). I won on first try. Again make sure you only play Animated Armor when the boss has lethal on board already (assuming you stay alive after taking 1 dmg from each). Also don't over heal, heal just enough so that the boss still have "lethal" if there was no Animated Armor.

How did you get enough face damage to kill him? The trick still works but I run out of freezes and take 7 damage from the board each turn and lose. Most of the time I only have animated armor and one other minion on the board, he has 60+ health, no idea how to stop myself from dying to the 1 damage from each hit.

Replying to myself but I made the deck more like tempo mage and was able to do it after getting an animated armor on board for the lethal trick, sorc apprentice, mana wyrm, and drew enough freezes and an ice barrier and ice block giving me the time to finish him off. Didn't get a chance to play antonidas on him though

Managed it today and the Animated Armor trick still worked for me, thx OP :)

They attack animated armor so this doesnt work at all now

This entire basis of this deck doesn't work.

its not that, the boss AI was updated, and now it attacks Animated Armor first 

took 2 attempts. first time I drew no damage or healing so I couldn't keep up but the second try went so well. very pleased with this deck

Thanks! It worked for me on 1st try when I had failed with a Priest deck. I got lucky and drew Animated Armor early. Ended up putting my second Animated Armor on the field in order to hit lethal -- he froze it but I had other minions so I was able to finish him off with my hero power.  

Slitherspear's water elemental keeps killing off my animated armor. I've tried this deck at least 10 times with no success. So close a few times. I'm not saying this is a bad deck, I'm just upset I'm getting rather unlucky.

Deathlord caused me to lose this one! It pulled an Icehowl and he killed my animated armor :(.

This deck is awesome. I also used it against Giantfin and Skelesaurus Rex, beat them pretty easy. Thanks!

Oh man this idea is amazing, it is so funny how the AI keeps hitting and doing 1 damage at a time xD, first try and easy ty
