Starting hand: Mirror Image, Frost Nova, and Explosive sheep are all great early on. Your Images will die, but should take off a little pressure until you can start clearing in turns 3-4 and beyond.

General Strategy: The goal is to survive until you can draw into board clears. His deck is deep, but you'll have plenty of stuff to clear the board. Try to get spellpower minions out, and keep them out. Flamewakers will help clear up surviving minions. Giantfin mostly ignores your board and goes face. Careful not to kill off all your own minions with Wild Pyromancer.

When I defeated Heroic Giantfin, I never drew Archmage or Rhonin. I'm not sure they're even needed, but might be helpful to finish the game. More likely though, you'll fatigue Giantfin (or have him pretty low) before Archmage or Rhonin are relevant.
