12/4/15 Edit: -2 Gurubashi Berserkers, -1Doomsayer, +2 Light of the Naaru, +1 Sludge Belcher. Deck should be even cheaper now, and big potential damage from Lightwardens.

I initially tried using another cheap deck, but it was taking forever, so I made some improvements of my own and won after a couple tries.

Try to get Northshire Cleric out on the first turn, then use Power Word: Shield, and ideally a second cleric or shield on turn two. You can attack a 2/2 whelp and use Circle of Healing to draw heavily on that turn two.

Doomsayer is a backup board clear on turn two. 

Explosive Sheep is a great cheap board clear after that. Then drop a Tournament Medic down, buff it with a Shield, Divine Spirit, Inner Fire. 

Big Game Hunter might not be a bad idea if you have it. Could replace a Deathlordor Dancing Swords. 

The win condition I got was a 20/20 medic, which I used to clear a Gyth then hit twice to the face.
