Hi, my name is Luck, I have a Youtube channel about HearthStone (https://www.youtube.com/HearthStoneGameplays). Today I'm bringing you my Tempo Mage deck and you can easily play versus aggro, mid and control decks; this deck is absolutely balanced, so let's talk about it.
First of all I don't like to talk about replacement cards, for me this deck works 100% effective with exactly this cards. so let's start with cards explanations.
Cards explanations:
- Mana Wyrm: Strong 1-manacost minion, good against all kinds of decks.
- [card]Arcane Missiles[/card]: Good low cost spell for obtain board control in early game, with Flamewaker you can do a good combo. Buffs Mana Wyrm easily.
- Arcane Blast: Good control board card in early game and can be an excellent card in the middle game with Azure Drake. Buffs Mana Wyrm easily.
- Mad Scientist: One of the "perfectly balanced cards" in game.
- Sorcerer's Apprentice: Has a great synergy with cheap spells.
- Unstable Portal: Amazing card. Buffs Mana Wyrm and can be played cheaper with Sorcerer's Apprentice. The chances of getting a decent minion are quite high.
- Flamecannon: Stronger early game removal. Gains a huge time when played along with Sorcerer's Apprentice on turn 3.
- Frostbolt: Don´t need to be explained.
- Arcane Intellect: Good card for buy new cards and has synergy with Sorcerer's Apprentice.
- Mirror Entity: Good secret for board presence and has synergy with Mad Scientist.
- Effigy: Effigy has a very similar role as Mirror Entity but you don't end up in situations where you can't pull a second secret out of your deck with Mad Scientist or play a second secret from your hand.
- Flamewaker: Powerfull minion to obtain board control with Arcane Missiles, Arcane Blast, Frostbolt and Flamecannon, in the late game after Rhonin deathrattle you can do a ridiculous combo with 3 [card]Arcane Missiles[/card], it's insane. =)
- Fireball: Don´t need to be explained, an auto include card in any mage deck.
- [card]Piloted Shredder[/card]: Worst nightmare for warrior, one of the best cards for turn 4 and good to make the board populated.
- [card]Azure Drake[/card]: It's a good card to buy a new card and has an awesome synergy with Arcane Blast and others spells.
- Sludge Belcher: No need to explain how good this card is.
- Flamestrike: Good card to clear board.
- [card]Archmage Antonidas[/card]: In the late game, this minion can do a powerfull combo if you have low cost spells in your hand, mainly after Rhonin deathrattle.
- Dr. Boom: extremely effective for board control and an excellent card for late game.
- Rhonin: It's a good minion and it has a total deathrattle synergy with this deck.

I am having trouble playing against handlock, he seems to have all the counter to this deck!!! T___T or am i doing sth wrong?
Nothing wrong normally you can't win against handlock.
The only case if you have couple direct spels and handlock low life feeling save behind tounts.
Or if you have 2 Mana Wyrm in your starting hand and burts him down before he can react (counterspell helps to avoid aoe)
He just hell fire me and everything is gone and i just cant go late either he burst me down with golems too fast
Hey, I only have one Arcane Blast.
Are there any good alternatives? Is two of something else better than only one Blast? Or is it crucial to the deck? Thanks!
I am using counterspel instead 2ns Acane Blast
Second Arcane Missiles is good enough.

Rhonin replacement?
What about putting Bloodmage Thalnos instead of flamestrike? It buffs your spells in the lategame, or you can use it for extra removal in early game. +1 spell damage for only 2 mana is insane in this deck. If your Azure Drake is up, it gets even crazier.

Very nice deck, I really like it.
Won me the last 3 Games against Midrange Hunter and Control Shaman.
I also took this deck as a oportunity to craft Ronin, just because i really like him, but as a few people before me said he's not really necessary.
Im pretty sure you can just experiment with different cards. A 3rd secret or a cheap spell. Maybe Loatheb or Saarad. Sylvanas could also be a nice card in this deck. Sometimes i feel i need more card draw so a 2nd Arcane Intellect could be good.
Im 20-8 so far with this deck and i cant say Rhonin have been that important at all. He won me the last game i played but thats pretty much it. I did not have Arcane Blast so i added 2nd Arcane Missiles and Flamecannon and that have worked pretty good.
So i would say you can use whatever card you feel like would be good in this deck as a replacement for Rhonin.
Hi, i dont have all the adventure card. Flamewalker, Mad scientist and the belcher. So i replaced
1) Flamewalker x2 ===> SpellSlinger x2
2) Mad scientist x2 ===>Koblod Geomancer x2
3) Belcher x1 ===> Fen Creeper x1
Is it ok? If u have any better suggestion please tell me!! I feel like spell slinger is kinda bad bc it also gives enemy a spell x_x
So...flamewaker and scientist are very essential in this deck. You'd better earn them, 'cause their abilities are unique and they make this deck a tempo one.
For belcher I propose Tazdingo instead of the Creeper.
Hey man, great deck. I was using the other version with Mechanical Yeti and Emperor Thaurissan as well. But I also felt that something was missing, until you came here and did those substitutions for me hahaha.
I came here to make a question, if you don't mind: In our current meta (Yes, I'm Brazilian as well huehue), I see a LOT of combo druids, so I was thinking about -1 Arcane Missiles and +1 Counterspell. What's your opinion about this?

Same as Taiwan/Asia. Combo Druid, A LOT lol. Counterspell saves me very often, but Arcane Missiles is also good against face, paladin and Living Roots of druid... I'll choose to replace Arcane Blast or Piloted Shredder though.
