Strategy:
The strategy is simple, you have to survive until fatigue. But, how? You have a lot of tools for remove minions and you can accelerate the process with the Coldlight Oracle. Play it safe, don't be greedy. Never throw a Coldlight Oracle if you can't Shadowstep it or Gang Up, except you already gang up one of them. Try not to mill yourself with Vanish.
Mulligan:
You ALWAYS want to have the Coldlight Oracle on your starting hand except maybe against an aggro deck where you want aoe removals.
You want the coldlight, yes, but most of the times you don't want to play it until midgame.
Posible changes and substitutions:
If you need more board clear you can do the next changes depending on the amount of AOE you need:
+1 Dark Iron Skulker -1 SI:7 Agent
+1 Dark Iron Skulker -1 Refreshment Vendor
If there are too many control decks you can do the next changes:
-1 Fan of Knives +1 Assassinate
-1 Fan of Knives +1 Big Game Hunter
If you need more heal:
-1 SI:7 Agent +1 Refreshment Vendor
Do you need a three?
- 1 Refreshment Vendor +1 Reno Jackson
or
- 1 SI:7 Agent +1 Reno Jackson
(you need to play this in fatigue or close to it)

If there are too many weapon based deks you can do the next changes depending on what you need or what you have:
-1 SI:7 Agent +1 [card]Acidic Swamp Ooze[/card]
If you don't have Bloodmage Thalnos you can sub it with Kobold Geomancer for spell damage or with Loot Hoarder for card draw (I recomend the kobold)
If you don't have Nat, the Darkfisher you can put in the second Refreshment Vendor and/or some of the cards listed as changes.
Instead of Elise Starseeker for a "fun" replacement, maybe consider Prince Malchezaar. He doesn't have the true "fun-factor" that Golden Monkey does, but an extra five draws, all being legendary? That's pretty nice.
Yes, it can be fun :P I will add them in the fun category. The problem with Prince Malchezaar is that he change the consistency of the deck :/
Mmm i don't think so. Deathlord is a forced draw for your oponent, a replacement can be Dancing Swords but it's in the same wing... You can pay the wing with gold, i recomend to buy the adventures, with gold or with money, pretty fast, because they are very important, naxx in first place. I buy the 3 adventures with gold, i know it's hard to save 700 gold, but it's necesary...
This deck is a very fun deck but not a high winrate deck. You can win easy against some decks, but most of them can crush you very easy too. But, to me, it's fun even if i lost, i love to burn cards to my oponen xD
i took out 1 beneath grounds 2 seemed to much and added a youthful brewmaster any opinions on this ?
Beneath the Grounds is more useful now against the Reno decks. In the other hand, one brewmaster is useful too, but i think that it's not necessary, with Gang Up and Shadowstep there is enough murlocs/healbots. You can put another thing in place of the brewmaster and maybe it can be better.

Now we just need Brann Bronzebeard released so we can start doubling those shadowstepped oracles for some mutually assured card destruction!
As it is now its certainly an enjoyable build and I'm looking forward to trying variants of it in the future when the rest of the LoE legends are released.
I don't like very much the idea of "mutually card destruction" but i will try it :P I really apreciate the feedback if you can give it to me :O (Note: english is not my native lenguaje, sorry for the errors)
Well if you play Brann then Oracle, shadowstep, Oracle, shadowstep, and then Oracle again you'll both draw 12 cards ensuring you both have full hands and burnt cards on turn 8.
good guide and subs list but which works best for people atm and does burgle not work in this deck ? im kinda interested in people are using refresment vendor i do see it listed in your subs list :) +1 for deck :D
I don't know what's working for people, i'm not playing too much, i don't have time and i can't try all the subs because of the same reason :P The people said that Burgle is useful in early game when you are not planning release the murlocs :P Yes, the Refreshment Vendor is there. He can be useful i think, but idk, i like my Azure Drake and i don't know what more can i change for it :/ Some people said that i can cut the Preparations but i like them. Maybe i can cut the Sludge Belcher but i don't know how is the meta today u.u And if i cut the Sludge Belcher I should consider the second Azure Drake over the Refreshment Vendor :/

I have a similar deck, with a win rate about 55% in casual after you get used to the deck, but my deck has

-1sludge
+refreshment
+burgle
+boom
And i replaced bloodmage with kobold
It's fine to replace Bloodmage Thalnos with Kobold Geomancer if you don't have him. But i really like the Preparations because you can do Preparation+Vanish+something more, or something+Preparation+Vanish. I don't like Dr. Boom in this deck because if you need to Vanish it will full your hand, and he is too expensive and use almost all your mana. I add Burgle like a fun card because i don't have it and i can't try it, may be it's usefull, idk. I like Sludge Belcher like an anoying taunt for the midgame.
i dont like prep +vanish. Ive plaayed 10 games wiht 2 preps before, i its mostly just cluttering my hand. vanish is nice with prep and playing coldlight/heal bot. but i never draw them together (which i weird).
Dr boom i feel is nice for control, i use him when i cant use my combos yet to last longer. Sludge blecher is nice but i feel it is often silenced in aggro or killed in 0.5-1turn
Burgle is nice, since when i dont have my combos yet i can get some draw, while not reducing my deck to much. It also kinda puts your opp on their toes, meaning they will be scared of you get some card.
I've been playing with Refreshment Vendor x2 and they have been working very well.

Refreshment Vendor x2 in place of what? :O (maybe i can add this to the sustitutions)
I have a slightly different deck overall, but the main thing is I have no Beneath the Grounds, so i guess you could say that.

Well, Patron Warrior eats this for breakfast...as does almost all actual popular, competitive decks unfortunately.
Mill decks are fun. They can be competitive in MTG and a few other TCG/CCG's, but unfortunately, milling has never been a viable in Hearthstone as a competitive strategy.
I think I'm about 5% win rate with this deck in casual. There's no way I'd ever play it in ranked (and there's a reason you never see mill decks in ranked play).
I truly wish there was more variation in HS like there are in other TCG's...but HS has always been stuck with the aggro meta, ever since beta. I doubt that will ever change. I appreciate gimmick decks like this, they are fun to play...but it gets frustrating when they never win a match...so it's always back to the grind of aggro.
